14-day cancellation

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return it for a refund. Email support@42online.shop to start a return.

Health & hygiene exception

For hygiene reasons, sealed supplement products that have been unsealed after delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we'll arrange a replacement or full refund including delivery, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

How long

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
